(Review) Super Mario Land 2 – 6 Golden Coins!

Strange... But fun!

Hello! Welcome to another review by me (Steven!)! Today, I’ll be reviewing Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins! This game is pretty strange to tell ya the truth! We’ve got Bunny flying, Leafy-Fireballs, Punching Sharks and 6 Golden Coins. Which are there usual color… right?

Anyways, this is of course the successor of the first Super Mario Land! This game is bigger, harder & a lot more fun, more strange but fun! When you start the game, you’ll play the first level, of course knowing you need to beat it. When you do, the game reveals the world map! You can go anywhere to retrieve the 6 Golden coins to open the gate to that big middle castle of our friend… What? I’m not gonna tell you who it is… Even though you already know… Probably… None the less!

The Gameplay… The levels are very challenging at times. You have to have fast reflexes & a mind to expect the unexpected. You’re gonna have to forget that perfect run. You’re given, of course, 3 lives, and every level has the same level of difficulty. The controls aren’t bad at all, they’re basically flawless. The level design for most of the levels are pretty creative, and always different from the last level. There are a multitude of zones as well, and it’s hard to pick which to go for, but I’d say I’d go for the Mario Zone. This game is pretty fun over all, it’ll have you testing your reflexes, throwing everything it’s got at you, but none the less, pick up Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins in the eShop today!

Rating: 10/10
